Location and proximity don’t matter so much any more. Through the power of Internet connectivity we can provide technical support to virtually any location. We have helped people throughout Western Canada and the US with their computer problems and websites.

We use secure and confidential remote support products to allow us to be invited to see your computer screen wherever you are and discuss your issues as if we were right there beside you. Using Skype we can even have a face-to-face conversation!

We’ve worked with Microsoft and other products for over 20 years and know Windows XP/Vista/7 along with office products, backups, Internet access, and much more.
Our Support Products
We offer a number of different products to solve your problems:
- Introductory Support – ($35) Think you’ve got an issue? We’ll take half an hour and review your computer to let you know of any potential problems.
- Troubleshooting Package – ($75) One hourĀ of troubleshooting to fix your problems
- Monthly Support Package – ($75) On the second week of each month we will update your computer, check for issues, and optimize your system.
- Website Package – ($200) Get an easy to manage website. You pick the name and template, we do the rest. (find out more)
